The St. Thomas More parish community is large, vibrant and diverse. With over 300 distinct groups, ministries and organizations, there is always something new going on. This new Drupal website harnesses the power of the parish's evangelization energy at the grass-roots level. By providing simple tools to parish administrators, group leaders, and individual users, the site not only decentralizes the content production work load, it also puts control over the message in the hands of those who are most intimately invested in the message. The types of content available to each group include calendar events, direct and embedded media, audio files and audio podcasts, photos and photo galleries, forms and documents, and more. The site enables public and private posting within groups, the promotion of group content across other groups and on the parish homepage, and the interactive engagement of group members and group visitors.
